Are video credits the same as AI chat tokens?
No. Video generation uses separate video credits because video models are billed differently from text models.
Can free users generate Premium Video, Reference Video, Video Edit, or Character Swap Video outputs?
No. Free users can generate one 5-second Standard Video at 720p. Advanced video types are available on paid plans or with video credit packs.
What happens if video generation fails?
Failed generations do not consume video credits. Credits are deducted only when a generation is successfully submitted and completed.
Can I use generated videos on my website?
Yes. Generated videos can be downloaded or inserted into your CloudMySite website.
Why does 1080p cost more?
1080p videos require more compute and produce higher-quality output, so they use more video credits.
